Housing experts have called the St. Louis housing market “red hot” during the second half of 2018. Homes in the Gateway City sell fast due to inventory shortages. Resulting home values rose 6 percent over the past year and Zillow predicts another 7 percent jump in values next year.
Offsetting low supply and rising costs, Raineth has managed to keep up with demand for affordable rental homes for low-income families. Raineth purchased more than 800 homes and has so far restored more than 600. Within 6 to 9 months all of them will be completed and available for rent.
